Conceptual Design Analysis:
Our package design team and engineers will evaluate the feasibility of the design concept.
- There may be modifications in order to realize your package design.
- We will advise you of options while still maintaining the essence of your brand vision.
Engineering Drawings:
Once feasibility is verified, we will create 3D drawings to begin to bring your package design to life.
Specifications will include:
- Shapes/dimensions
- Finishes
- Decoration
- Materials
Prototype:
The prototyping stage is a crucial step to fully evaluate the dimensional design and functionality of the package.
- Modeling studio creates a 3D printing for customer review and approval of drawing specs.
Tooling Design & Fabrication:
Once the design is approved, our tooling engineer will begin designing the tools.
- We will design and fabricate your molds.
- We construct them under our careful supervision, to ensure our quality standards and adherence to timeline requirements.
- T1 and any subsequent tooling samples will be submitted for customer approval.
Pre-Production Sample (PPS):
We provide these samples for your review, prior to beginning production.
- Once the samples are approved, our production and quality control teams will follow all agreed-upon specs and requirements.
Mass Production, Out-Going Inspection & Delivery:
With samples fully approved and receipt of PO, we will start the mass production process.
- Upon completion, the factory QC team will perform outgoing inspection, and any required third-party QC agent is able to perform their own inspection.
- Your products will be transported by sea or air based on your requirements.
- We work closely with logistics companies to ensure your order is delivered intact
and on time.
